What would be nice, is written explanation as I said, or, reasonings.

What I want to know is how this could possibly happen, get the contract, locate the asset, inspect the product, take pictures of the product, tags, crate the goods, track shipment, and have it the wrong item?

Does not sound like a 'mistake' does it.
