is this stock legit at present? did the q report ever get filed and is it registered anywhere? seems that the management group (and we know who they are and where they live based on psts here) took the money and just let this go, Seems like somethiug the sec and/or irs and others woudl love to look in to. has anyone alerted the fraud police here. as in the authorities. lots of people have been stolen from and seems like the bad guys just split with no consequenecs. this is amazing really.
