We're supposed to believe that CVSL canceled the 1M warrants b/c GrooveVC told them it was "too dilutitive"? The 8-K said they were canceled "based on the awardees’ failure to perform services." More likely, if the awardee had did what they were supposed to do, CVSL wouldn't have canceled the warrants and GrooveVC be darned.
