market cap is not 1 million , where did you get that ?

per last 8k January , 6 , there were 11,554,998 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding that itself gives it 3,7 millions market cap , but since then there has been lots of conversions and dilution so the market cap is/should be way higher

today c warrants are getting 5 shares per each warrant and tomorrow will be getting 7 so in my opinion s/o is way higher than per last 8k and it'll keep growing until all c warrants are out of the way
