If you are truly an astute investor that believes in Zalemark the you should call Steven Zale or Ernest Martel and tell them you are willing to purchase restricted stock at a discount. I think you could get them to make a deal for $0.002 to $0.003 per share. Why buy on the open market? It doesn't make sense.
