I think DP just used shareholder money to realize for himself about 22 mil shares of common stock in TRTC.

190M shares? REALLY? More insider enrichment. The PR sounds like the final sales is based on future value of Blum, yet price of purchase is based on today's Share price. So if this was to magically go to a buck, Blum was sold for $190M Worse than building a $5M greenhouse on an insider's land.
