Uplisting is no key to success either. I have traded an OTCer that uplisted and then got destroyed. Be careful what you ask for.

I also do not think they will uplist and any talk of it is nonsense.

Why would a guy like Tonner, merge with a company that has no prospects? I agree that things don't exactly look good right now, and uplisting doesn't seem possible at the moment, but I'm not sure why Tonner would waste his time with a doomed company, either. Thoughts?
