The shareholders own the company and all of its assets. So I don't know how they could do that; who would then own the patents? The matter of generating the revenue needed for the next 12 months is concerning as the production revenue is quite small so far with no Generation 4 machines in production yet. This is one of the goals for 2016 and a very important one. Because they are paying a high lease payment on a building that has much more production space available than they are currently able to use. They just don't have the machines to fill it up and use effectively. Until they do, all of the profits are basically going to pay the lease on the unused space. Getting through the next year and somehow getting those new and bigger machines producing is crucial. I just hope they don't have to do a reverse split and new issue to raise the needed funds.
