I would tend to agree with that hypothesis,much more likely than evil bashers and shorts. Pretty hard to make beer money off a stock who's chart has resembled a downhill ski run since the good Dr took the wheel.

Going against all common sense, and sworn word I would never buy another share of this wretched highway to hell grease fire, I just might average down if it dips in to the 30's. It's gotta be dead cat bounce time IMO.

So the floor is open on restructuring guesses...and remember, they upped their costs w a round of internal salary raises and they have put DM on notice of other events pending. I have to believe that they have an alternative ready to go and signed. Guesses one and all...
