I dont see the fraud thing
I do see a company keeping a lid on communications = not even close to cool.
Why are they acting like this? Are they becoming no more than the same as almost any other pinky? Dunno, but this one is one where they actually have something.
Messed up they can't bring it upon themselves to make a statement, whatever that may be, like "we have a few 'things' were working on" , or we are working to make 'something' happen".
Nothing, null, zilch, rarely a good sign. They have something going on, but what is it? We may never know.
