I have a hunch that they are selling the building to raise cash for lawyers. Wouldn't surprise me at all to find out that the company got some correspondence--and/or a visit--from some folks that they really didn't want to talk to a couple of months ago.
Now that Jared is handled there are some folks that now have some time free to pursue others. BTW....speaking of Jared....sure took awhile to get from guilty plea to sentencing, didn't it......
