No good answer. Halting a stock is not good for current shareholders, but it protects future investors from getting involved. Investors need to be more careful, since the rule makers allow the scams in the first place.

Plenty of people discussed the MDCN scam here, but some investors chose to ignore the evidence and buy the stock anyway.

Yeah that's true my buddy but sad part is what about those people who already fall victims of those artists and lost lots of money before the detection of the scams and then after country puts cease trade order when they lost their money ????
