What do think why a manufacture partner has yet to be found, while so many cell manufacturers are and have gone out of business the last three years?

Only you have mentioned defrauding not me! I said it is DEAD on a shelf and not going to happen IMO. Have investors been deceived about the cell being commercialized? Yes if they have been invested here since before any talk of acquisitions then yes I think they feel deceived since JN went on the hush and has not been open about what is really going on with the game changing first mover technology they developed.
