You're probably right about easy money, but I'm confident that it will be at greater than $8.50 per share. According to the 13D, his cost basis is 8.47. If the offer goes through at $8.50, he nets $62,000. Chump change. Would you lay down a $20.00 bill in an atempt to get a $0.06 return? That's the equivalent of his $20M risk. There's no chance he's laying down that kind of cash for $62k. At what point does it become worth it? He knows a lot more about investing and speculation than any of us here. I'm holding, adding, and trusting what he's doing. No question for me.
