No 8-K from Kalitta, Not true then! 8-K makes it True Right? Kalitta must advise their investors to let them know they have liens out there. If they fail to do so then it's not true how I see it!

In June of 2015, Kalitta Air, LLC d/b/a Kalitta Maintenance filed a lien to accomplish security for credit extended to Baltia Air Lines by Kalitta under a contract for maintenance." [Mechanic's Lien]

Once again, the lien was to be able to give BLTA line of credit.

LTO..is this correct, Baltia borrowed the money from Vic to buy the plane and now it has a maintenance lien against the aircraft? so basically the plane has 2x the amount of debt against the value..does that seem correct? If not please explain this to me. less the engines of course
