That may be true, but it was technically never out of play. Also, the offer was probably good for the units, but bad for the common stock. Who knows now... I expect that this will be huge for the common stock, but what do I know at this point?

True, but correct me if I'm wrong, the holder makes the decision when to convert, not the company

I've done limited surfing thru filings. Not sure what I may be missing? I see an offering for 1 unit equal to 10 commons and 1 series A for 20 commons that can't exercise below 1.24. I see a cash exercise option but who would pay $25 for 20 shares of a stock currently trading at .25? I just drift in and look at this stock on days when I'm bored so I certainly am not up to date on all the filings and facts behind them! $VPCO
