Well for one thing is that math correct?

12.5 billion shares?

Here's why. They just raised it what, 30 million? If they needed more, they would have done it then. Then again, raise it a teeny here, then a few billion within another 12-24 months? Makes no sense.

Secondly they could not RS with another 5 billion shares on paper, impossible fiscally.

Because spthere is a huge difference if there is no RS at this point.
