Wasn't that funny. I actually liked the Reuters article. It basically painted Offor as a power broker in Nigeria over several administrations and that is the only way anything gets done in what is known as a very corrupt and politically driven environment. Who else would you want on your side in that area of the world?????
The implication that a rumor from an insider called big jane would result in a $45 million or more EEZ deal and that it would cause a so-called "kaboom" taking the stock to new highs goes beyond the bounds of imagination. Nothing could have been more wrong or false as proven by the actual amount paid for EEZ block 11 and the stock price of 12/100 of a penny. Topped off with the impending 1:100 reverse split such rumors and their propagation couldn't have further from the truth.
