I'm saying I believe that the float is well over 1.5 billion shares. The history of the company is my basis for that belief. Look back through PRs over the years. They have made many claims that have never come to fruition. I most certainly would never take their word for anything. I would need third party verification.

Lots of bashers here.
Anyone can see how it doubled on news with about 40 million shares traded. It does not take "hundreds of millions' of shares to move it.
Really great news would send it much higher.
Market cap right now is a small 6 million.
