Today, January 8, 2016, marks the ninety (90) day point after the
contract of sale was signed by Sullivan, on behalf of GDSI, and Rontan.

As I have stated on this Board previously, my instincts tell me that something
has gone wrong with the deal.

I freely admit, however, that I do not have any solid information to support
my instinctive feeling.

With that said, does anyone here have any SOLID INFORMATION which
would support the conclusion that this deal is not dead ?"
