If the company does anything right. They would have already paid off those notes. But mm's are sitting at .003 like last time. Then all of a sudden They start selling.


Dilution or heavy market manipulation. Because you'll see them sell till low 1's then put an ask price up high and when it hits that ask price they start selling no matter how long they have to wait. Any thoughts?

those notes have been most likely already been converted.

the maturity date is coming up but they could have been converted 180 days after issued so a long time ago.

Those notes converted into common shares 6 months after they were issued and have already hit the market. Key it this sentence from both loans.

The note and any accrued unpaid interest are
convertible into common shares of the Company 180 days after the issuance of this note.


No lender waits the full year to convert..they get their money as soon as they can. So these converted back in June. of 2015
