Just what Baltia needs: private placements in the low_trips.

IMO, seems obvious that they are funded because:

They still own N706BL

They still are located at terminal 4

The financial statements are still current

They amount of cash on hand increased from the past financial statement.

Still in FAA certification.

Recent form 4's filed as recent as November 2015.

Multiple reports from posters that were at the ASM that people were willing to give BLTA money.

Probably many more indicators that I am missing. If they did not have funding to pay these bills, they would not have the above. Plus the fact the "no money" statement has been around for years, yet BLTA is still here and still progressing through certification. Kinda seems obvious to me they are funded.
