The corporate headquarters most likely moved to UMS. They are not disconnected but may not be answering. Laura is not replying because there is nothing that can be said. She does not run this company.
IMO the filings are close. The form filed with the SEC said there was a merger. The company has confirmed the merger is complete and the companies are operating as one but they need to file the 8k.
It is difficult to wait for news I agree but what about the above is causing red flags. Really none of it. The only reason there are red flags at all is because the filings are not out.
Not only are they engaged in a merger they just hired a new accountant. Last year without either of these two events they filed the first week of January. I don't think anything here is suspect. It may be irritating but it's completely normal.
I literally just called the UMS number from their website and talked to someone (they answered CPD Mobile). Not much to say about the merger other than what we already know "Merger is complete, paperwork in process, public prs are out there for viewing." Didn't expect much else to be honest, but they did answer on the 3rd ring.
