Who knows, maybe jfburk could answer whether the group initiating this, has enough shares. But he is right than talking on forums and expect any change is waste of time, action is needed. Seems the only option for us at the moment.

If changing the person in charge was going to fix anything it would have been fixed when dan took over.

This statement is a direct contradiction to statements you have made in the past stating that Dan taking a position would accomplish nothing because Scott was still in charge. You have stated repeatedly that as long as Scott was CEO nothing would change. So which is it?
