There's nothing simple about 50% discounted convertible notes in a sell off spree where the holders produce 2 too 2,000 time the money, except for 1 thing,, simplified: SCAM!

And what about those BS Coke machines? This scam managed to get that BS taped on Ipad to a beat-up expired vending machine on National news, and THEN< DUMPED 1.2 BILLION CONVERTIBLE NOTES @ discounted rate of lowest in 18 months, which, at the time was .00045, in winter of 2014, Completely F***KED their scam drive created with the BS national news and robbed people for more than 60 DAM MILLION DOLLARS, if only averaged a .05, "ONLY".

DSCOUNTED CONVERTIBLE NOTES!! also know, most especially in scams as TOXIC DISCOUNTED CONVERTIBLES!!

That discounted conversion for those POS coke machines then yielded .00055 conversions!! By July 2015, those discounted convertibles were being pawned off @ .004 and higher!! So, if this scam owns or rents them, the sucker holders (commons) paid 7 TIMES and much more @ only .004 for BS!!

The Fact is, common's got F**kED with a pump and dump in 2014 the criminals cashed in BIG, and then made claims they made the BS zazz II coke machines to dump more of those TOXIC DISCOUNTED CONVERTIBLE NOTES!!

All was lies!! All destroyed stock prices while these criminals, "Paid the Debentures" as you'd have it, {Kool-aide version} DUMPED BILLIONS MORE prior to July 2015 @ .00055, Pooling more than 200 MILLION DAM DOLLARS since 2014, into their god dammed personal pockets!!

I.E. all ya got for potentially renting a modern soda pop machine was BS for dumping Toxic Convertible notes!

And yet what news now?? printing the company name on somebody else's product? Wait, That is EXACTLY the SAME SCAM they pulled when they claimed those rented soda pop machines were made by them!!
