The debt is there, yes. The company has physically been turning down requests to convert. That is why I say ss has been same since last June. 600 mill shares were dumped last may and the selling from last mini run and today is probably those buyers getting out. Jose has stated that conversion requests have came in but he has turned them down and basically told them to f off until growth has begun. If they go to court he will prob declare bk and then delist and they will get nothing. It is boom or bust here but shares have not been added to o/s in 8 months. $STLK
