This is nitpicking. Jelly is referring to comparable trials for the purpose of evaluating the meaning and extent of the patent, not for determining efficacy in an FDA-approval context.

If skinsurge expects to see a head-to-head trial, ever, in the IGFD indication, I hope he is not holding his breath.
