I only know the o/s nearly doubled by the next report. Mind you, HCTI was trading in excess of .25-.30 at the time 0f that PR and ran as high as .80....until they hit the market with some 6M+ new shares.
Think about it: where did $1.5M - $3M new dollars from dilution go, back in 2013?
Did they build up a huge inventory? Did they build a manufacturing facility? Did they buy anything that could be termed an asset?
Answer: no
They collected themselves damn nice salaries, paid office expenses, and patent rights. BIG deal!
Fast forward to 700M+ o/s.
What does HCTI honestly have to show for those 690M+ new shares, other than taking the stock down from .80..... to .0008?
A carrot. A big fat dangling F500 carrot that continues to assist in the selling of millions more new shares.
If you don't see the pattern here, you will never see it. Even when HCTI leaves you flat broke.
