It'll come when it comes, if I remember correctly you've been holding as long as I have, what's a few more weeks if that's what it takes. We're all going to be happy with the outcome I'm sure. However I'm pretty excited and would like to see it sooner than later. The way I read that tweet is maybe we get official announcement this week if Cooper say's go, so maybe if...

EPGL can't control the way everybody interpret things. They aren't going to tailor their posts to help the naive. The meaning of the post is very clear to me. Its so simple. They have reached a deal and will announce it this week pending CVI's authorization. Can't get more simple than that.

If people interpreted the post incorrectly,that an announcement this week is an absolute, then their thinking is clouded with emotions & wishful thinking.

I sure hope it comes this week. Would be amazing. And perhaps they will have the authorization to do it. But that can all change on a dime. If it doesn't, people need to understand that it was never an absolute. If they thought so, then they need to examine their own shortcomings when it comes to seeing information that is in plain view.

The wording seems intentionally open to interpretation. Does it mean if COO does not authorize an announcement nothing will be said or COO has already authorized a pending announcement by EPGL this week. The devil is in the details. The most concise and effective approach would be for COO to make an announcement on their own.

Well those words mean something. If they are not important then EPGL shouldn't say this week or next week. Use forthcoming or something more general. The reason people expect this week is because that is what they tweeted.
