By the way....here's a piece of common sense....

When a stock trading at $3 reports they are earning $2 a share, they don't make acquisitions using stock when the stock is priced that low. Companies don't give away supposedly vastly underpriced stock. Use thy brains.

There is zero chance this is not a scam (imo of course).
