People at the other forum talk about going to court, gettting the deal overturned, having people like PW fined, thrown in jail, etc. Imo there is a just as a good a case for someone to sue that site for all of the lies, half truths, spin,deceptions, outrageous self serving pumps with their insane $100 price predictions with no basis for this year, etc.(bogey, bogey, bogey!).

Rescued the shareholders???? LOL, a 3.00 price is rescuing the shareholders?? From what? Bankruptcy? I am sure that most shareholders would rather THAT happen to also affect all the big shots running and directing (BOD) the company with their massive amount of shares than be "conned" out of their shares by those with powers to be. I have said it before and I'll say it again. If anyone believes that the price was not orchestrated down from the 8.00 split price to the 3.00 level to make this 8.50 price seem attractive, you ARE living in a dream world. No mockery will change that. Sometimes the corporal is smarter than the captain.
