company is bankrupt, 200,000,000 shares are all dumped on bagholders as management and their lawyer, consultants all dumped and GONE....toxic lenders still have some paper and more convertible loans to common BUT company has left it to rot..no one can convert preferred to common or loans to common as they have issued more shares then authorized common which puts the company and its management in a fraud position.
