Just because it doesn't have an inside bid now, doesn't mean it won't later. As long as a market maker sees potential in making money on it they will pick it up. It was picked up once already in this lull, but the MM got out shortly after.

This stock has at least 10 market makers. Market makers don't post bids under .0001. If the ask was higher a bid would start to fill in...
