Not trying to start anything... Just genuinely curious as to the answer as its seems a big departure between "it was so obvious per the chart" vs buying puts that are over 6 weeks from expiration. Doesn't seem like a huge level of confidence in the immediacy of the downward move until after this AMs drop.
Nonetheless. Good trade for him. He should do well this AM, but my guess is he sells those puts with 5-6 weeks until they expire.
