Wow I don't usually get caught up in the speculation but did you see the paragraph in the article you posted saying Verb will initially focus on international markets?? Ironically so is Titan... Hmm this is quite interesting...


While details have not been released, the health care giant and Alphabet's Verily unit (formerly known as Life Sciences) are forming a medical robotics partnership that may initially focus on international markets.

Yes they are, they are begging for other options. ISRG has a reputation for being very unflexible and hard to work with.

I will defer to those professionals that provide contributions to this board, and that work in the surgical environ with first-hand knowledge of the customer/surgeon experience. While RBC did say that ISRG is increasing their revenue as compared to their previous quarters, it didn't say who within the surgical community they interviewed about their satisfaction with either ISRG or the DeVince itself. With more than 1,200 units in the field there's going to be a good number that like and support the tools from which they make their living and their professional reputation. Good questions.
