Smart Management? maybe you could elaborate. What I see is a CEO that acted in collusion with a financier. It was not a coincidence that a newsletter service was hired to tout the stock on the same day the CEO issued a press release.
Then what kind of a CEO would issue false and misleading press about "expanded distribution" and name the three shops, when it was totally false and misleading. Call the shops yourself and hear the truth for yourself
A cigar shop that denies even having the product after first saying "yeah, a couple of guys stopped by and gave me a carton of rolling papers and a card" Now call him and he acts like he has never even heard of Rolling Thunder
Almost the exact same reaction at the Gas Station listed in the press release
The bait and tackle shop just said that he is not a distributor and that he was given a carton with 50 packs of rolling thunder papers in it for free, so he decided "heck, there free, why not"
a smart CEO doesn't allow himself to be coerced into a situation like that and an honest CEO would certainly not issue false and misleading press
