LOL. That's the first thing that came to my mind, too. What the bleepity bleep are Executive Shares? I think by now almost everyone knows that they do this on purpose so we can't actually track and account for all the shares. If you want to know just how ridiculous that phrase is, Google "Executive Shares" and see what you come up with. And they want to be transparent? These guys have become proficient at talking out of both sides of their mouths.
I suspect those are shares that the company kept in reserve. They were never issued, were not repurchase or bought back. As such, they have no bearing on the O/S number of shares, etc. etc. So I guess this means they are reducing the number of shares using shares that were never issued in the first place? One could get a headache trying to figure this out. LOL.
