Roni, thanks for your information. Assuming your allegations are true, should we as BION stockholders file a lawsuit against the company?? I would imagine we could find a law firm to do a class action lawsuit for 25 -30% of the court ordered award. Right now it looks very bleak for all of us "longs". I for one feel that we were mislead by BION and their proclamations of their upcoming success.

So what is our next step??
