there is never 100% guarantee with any stock,but based on risk/reward ratio (i always check this factor including DD,same as my other stocks),this could be pay-off bigly,imo.
Zacks also issued a research report on Ocean Power Technologies Inc (OPTT),like they did with LPTH a while ago(when the second one was trading at $1.5(up more than 100% since then)
