what's approved type mean,

hydrogen peroxide is H2O2

Barium peroxide is BaO2

I'm assuming AS only uses H2O2, if so, does it have to be a certain concentration ? Food Grade use is 35%, Over the counter is 3 %.

The statement makes no sense as written.
