I would also think that if the overall markets continue down, folks will be getting margin calls inducing more selling and or even if they don't sell, psychologically speaking they will be more inclined to tender and to try to get the sure $8.50 rather than gamble and fear that the stock price will collapse if for some reason the tender doesn't go through and Astellas walks away.

Noticed that... Tender is near I think. I was going to untender more today to sell but at this clip looks good for a successful transaction.
