Krzanich defends the PC business unit every chance he gets, routinely arguing that it is the IP generation/scale engine for the company. You should not worry that Intel will neglect to feed this cash cow ;-)

There seems no sign of that happening. I'd have thought they should have put a bit more effort into starting a foundry business but they have barely mentioned that recently.
