EPGL isn't releasing any 8K. Coopers authorization is for EPGL official announcement (i.e. press release). Not clear if it WAS GIVEN or IS BEING GIVEN this week. I read it as "GIVEN" otherwise it would have been risky to affirm the annoucement will be this week.
So first we should get a EPGL official PR... Then... then.... what else as George would say
