A lot of unknowing people get caught up in these clown shows with no understanding about things like 17b disclosure statements. The great thing is emails, texts, and message board posts are all identifiable through ip addresses and the SEC and Finra have really started digging into that stuff, especially in the Cannabis/Marijuana Sector
it is almost a given that a ticker rolling out will get looked out and if they don't pass the smell test then everyone involved gets their skirt lifted.
