Going after FAA is well understood as a last ditch effort not pursued until all other avenues exhausted, and that day grows closer and closer.

I stated if the FAA doesn't come back with a positive decision! Never said anyone should go after the FAA! I said I will take action. That's my choice! Saying I said something that I never did is ill-advised!
