Try that with newbies .. we know what we own here .. the fact that we will see AUDITED financials which is hit or miss in the otc proves the authenticity of both companies and this deal .. UMS is tied to T-Mobile so why would they consider merging if it wasnt a lucrative deal?? Going public, this deal is about growth ..
Deaf...iTALK was notified by the SEC that their accountant was no longer able to work for public companies. Had there been any wrongdoing involving iTALK, they would have known about it before the SEC notified them...and we would have known as well as there would have been correspondence with the SEC in their filings.
They did engage a new accountant in October and yes that is most likely the reason for the late filings. That and the fact that the merger requires two year audited financials and the company they are merging with is private.
