That was June - it will soon be 8 months - what is the problem - there isn't any legitimate reason to explain away why HJOE hasn't filed the 2014 10-K.

The 2015 10-K will be due at the end of March.

Veal also stated in March that he would post the Cure Korea contract and that still hasn't happened.

So we know we can't trust the nonsense that HJOE tweets or posts on Facebook.
