GNCP - None of the shares have been sold by insiders.
Depositing shares into a brokerage account makes not for a sale of shares.
And those brokerages then depositing those shares at the DTC so they could be used as borrows and locates for those naked short selling makes not for proof that insiders are selling.
According to the filings, no shares have been sold into the market by insiders. If they have, they will be exposed.
Remember, Gary Weiss is aiding and abetting the DTC to defraud. Pretty harsh, huh?
Oh well, those manipulating with transparency have been allowed to do so for years. At some point,one needs to ask, "why the free pass for 10 years?"
Well that answer is about to be revealed!
