LTO, Baltia has been planning for this for two decades and they are not going to quit now that they are so close to having air carrier status.

A substantial fact about Baltia is that it hasn't given up and they have been working to have this airline for a very long time.

Baltia Air Lines is an eventuality it's just matter of time, which is fast approaching. IMO
