No I got you. When I say "walking away", I mean no chapter 11 and no chance of reorganization. No longer any chance of the CEO farming out any of the block or complete sale as he had promised shareholders. No management sitting in an office in Houston drawing a salary off the lenders at shareholder expense. You don't often see management either have or pretend to have a billion+ dollar asset and take the thing into bankruptcy but that's the reality here unfortunately. Guess management got away with the ineptitude as well. JMHO
